- Advertising on the platform any product or service that puts us in a position of violating any law or regulation applicable in any domain.
- Using any means, program, or procedure to intercept or attempt to intercept the proper functioning of the platform.
- Taking any action that imposes a significant burden on the infrastructure or doing anything that could
affect the integrity, reliability, or continued availability of the information on the site. - Any actions that violate the Anti-Cyber Crime Law or any other related regulations in the Kingdom.
Property Rights:
This platform is overseen by the Saudi Center for Organ Donation and Transplantation. All contents of the platform, including programs and information, are fully protected under Saudi copyright, trademark, and various intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights of the contents of the platform belong to the Saudi Center for Organ Donation and Transplantation. Unless stated otherwise, you may not sell, license, rent, modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, advertise, transfer, distribute, publicly display, edit, or create derivative works from any materials or contents of this platform for public or commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from the management of the Saudi Center for Organ Donation and Transplantation. Any modification of any of the contents of the platform is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the graphics and images on this platform are protected by copyright, and may not be reproduced or exploited in any way without prior written consent from the management of the Saudi Center for Organ Donation and Transplantation
